    Referees and organization members accredited first, then teams. Each member receives a participant badge. Coaches are not accredited.

    All robots verified for compliance with the competition rulebook — size, decoration (food-security theme), and safety inspection.

    Parade of Schools, Keynote Address, welcome from AI for Good / ITU, and event briefing.

    Qualifying Rounds — Phase 1

    All 20 teams compete in qualifying rounds across 4 game rooms. Each match lasts 2 minutes. Teams rotate across game boards.

    Lunch Break

    Lunch provided for all participants. Social space available for charging devices and networking.

    Qualifying Rounds — Phase 2

    Remaining qualifying rounds. Overall rankings published before elimination phase. Teams ranked by highest score.

    Pre-quarterfinals → Quarterfinals → Semifinals. Top teams advance. Crossover pairings: 1st vs last, 2nd vs penultimate, etc.

    Junior and Senior division finals on the main stage. Head-to-head knockout duels determine national champions. 3rd place consolation final also held.

    Trophy presentation for Junior and Senior winners. Announcement of teams qualifying for Geneva AI for Good Grand Finale 2026. Entertainment.
