Parade of Schools, Keynote Address, welcome from AI for Good / ITU, and event briefing.
007 – Auditorium - All Teams
Qualifying Rounds — Phase 1
All 20 teams compete in qualifying rounds across 4 game rooms. Each match lasts 2 minutes. Teams rotate across game boards.
006 – Game Rooms (Africell, NaTCA, Orange, MoCTI Fields) - All Teams
Lunch Break
Lunch provided for all participants. Social space available for charging devices and networking.
005 – Essentials Block - All Teams
Breakout Sessions Begin
Parallel educational workshops running from 12PM onwards.

Qualifying Rounds — Phase 2
Remaining qualifying rounds. Overall rankings published before elimination phase. Teams ranked by highest score.

Elimination Phase
Pre-quarterfinals → Quarterfinals → Semifinals. Top teams advance. Crossover pairings: 1st vs last, 2nd vs penultimate, etc.

Robotics Finals
Junior and Senior division finals on the main stage. Head-to-head knockout duels determine national champions. 3rd place consolation final also held.
007 – Auditorium / Main Stage - All Teams
Closing Ceremony & Awards
Trophy presentation for Junior and Senior winners. Announcement of teams qualifying for Geneva AI for Good Grand Finale 2026. Entertainment.
